Hailey is one of the premier athletes in professional rodeo barrel racing, hailing from Cotulla, Texas. From a young age, Hailey explored it all - sports, music, 4-H and church activities, but her passion for horses always led her back to the arena. Alongside her legendary partner, DM Sissy Hayday “Sister,” Hailey launched her career with a massive win at The American Rodeo, finished college at Texas A&M with a College National Finals Rodeo barrel racing championship, made her their first NFR that year, and never looked back.

Today, Sister stands as the highest-earning Quarter Horse mare of all time, with over $3.6 million in barrel racing earnings, nine straight NFR qualifications and four WPRA Barrel Racing World Championships.

Now, Hailey continues rodeoing professionally, while raising and training young horses at home, and building a breeding program around the horses that have taken her to these heights.
