TEFF
GRASS

This Rising Star in Equine Markets

Teff Grass (Eragrostis Tef) is a perennial, warm season grass that's becoming increasingly popular in the equine markets. Fine-stemmed, fast growing, and high-yielding, Teff is a leafy, soft, and highly palatable summer grass.

Its high fiber and low sugar and starch content make it a great option for horses and recently weaned calves. With good farm management, Teff Grass can be harvested three to four times per year, and our farmers have specific experience producing high-quality Teff.
